Mazur is not yet ready to be a trainer, according to manager Tommy. The manager reacts to Mazurs recent statements in the Totopolis Courier. The climber will first try to get in top form before committing to his new job opportunity.
According to Sherwin Mazur, young riders should be burnt up as soon a possible after joining the team. "I think young riders should be burnt up as soon a possible after joining the team," he told Totopolis Courier. "With Brent Mockler as talented new climber, I's like to try and squeeze all potential out of him before he has a chance to get better."
Sherwin Mazur, while a prolific rider in his own right, is said to be an incompetent trainer. Pundits claim he is not at all ready for the job, stressing he is a great rider. "A great horse is not necessarily a great knight," according to Latvian pundit Marius Stringas.

Good idea.
Then you need to push Nick to implement masters categories WC as well (when we have U23, 35+ should be also doable)
He said he wanted to be world champion, the idiot...
With the results he had last season, I understand he wants to continue. Let him do jobs, it wil make his decision to retire easier ;-)
